Refund Policy

What is refundable, what is not, and who controls each payment in your study-abroad journey.

The core rule: Nexthara charges you no service fee. Any money you pay to a university, embassy, insurance provider, forex vendor, or accommodation platform is paid directly to that provider. Nexthara does not hold your money and cannot force a refund from them. Refund of each payment follows that specific provider's policy.
